Due to the islands volcanic structure, the soils are fertile and rich. The site is landscaped with beautiful tropical flora, trees and attractive rocks.

The land is naturally terraced in places, with an average slope angle of 25 degrees; allowing easy construction of the access road, provided and maintainedby us.

It is our intention to retain as much of the natural characteristics of the environment as possible and to build theestate in harmony with the surroundings. Koh Pha Ngan has a 12 metre height restriction on it's buildings, ours is 8 metres. Although we don't insist you use our team to build your dream home, our designs and construction standards are already considered some of the best in the Samui Archipelago.
